Protein

In a healthy diet, only 5% protein is an adequate amount for the body. High protein intake contributes to weak bones. It is in the bone marrow of the body that the vital essence of life is stored--it is important to understand protein.

 

It used to be that vegetarians wanted to find foods they could eat that would be equal in the amount of protein to a regular meat eaters diet. Science has proven that we do not need a protein profile like meat. As long as you eat any carbohydrate food that is whole grain, it will have an adequate amount of protein. Too much protein causes excess growth in the body. The body's way of dealing with excess growth is cancer or to store the excess in pockets--tumors.

 

To increase protein assimilation, it is important to be a healthy vegetarian (if you're a vegetarian) or a conscious meat eater which means having a healthy lifestyle as well a healthy diet. The more simple your lifestyle, the more appealing simple foods will be. Remember that rice and potatoes are an adequate protein profile.

 

Signs that your body may need more protein might be an increased susceptibility towards infections, sores, especially staff infections. Also signs might include weakness in the body and premature failure of the mind and body.
