Welcome Winter! The lights have been lit--a gentle reminder to find the light in the dark--the darkest of days, the darkest inside parts of ourselves and shine a compassionate light there or perhaps even a red nose--as we turn inward to allow humour and tears, and to make this season a season of lifting our chins, opening our eyes to the people around us who know what it is to allow each other in, to say "here, I've got a flashlight you can borrow". To notice that we all have been in dark places. No matter what the season brings for you, trust that darkness and light come from the same source and it is your experience of one which makes you forget the other.
